South Coast Home Health Care can provide Individual Packages of Care that may be just 1 hour a fortnight to assist with housecleaning or a complete range of care that involves Personal Care, Wound Care, Meal Preparation and Housecleaning. We are committed to providing a care focus on the Consumer Directed Care model. We are the largest provider of Community Nursing and Home Care to the Veteran Community in the Illawarra. We also have our own Occupational Therapist and Physiotherapist who are approved provider to Veterans.
